45-Hour Renewal Homestudy Package

If you have had your Salespersons License for more than four years, this is the package for you. (It also applies if you initially got your Salespersons by taking the full three courses, including the Real Estate Principles Course, Real Estate Practice Course and the Elective Course.)

This package includes the homestudy Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Risk Management and Trust Funds, Back to the Basics and Real Estate Investment Courses. (Shipping costs are included in the price.) You may take all of the final exams online, if you so desire. It meets all Continuing Education Requirements for the 2nd and subsequent renewals of a Salespersons License. This course comes with a 1 year enrollment from date of purchase.
