15-Hour Homestudy Renewal Package (1st Renewal Only)

If you were initially licensed with only the Real Estate Principles Course, then subsequently met the 18-month requirement, this package will enable you to renew your license for the first full four-year renewal. This course comes with a 1 year enrollment from date of purchase.

The package includes the Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Risk Management and Trust Funds book courses. It qualifies for 15 hours of Continuing Education Requirements.

All final exams may be taken online, if you so desire.
